  My experience at Jim Coleman Nissan was both impressive and professional from start to finish. I walked in late on a Friday evening and was immediately welcomed with kindness, openness, and genuine expertise. Before this visit, I hadn’t seriously considered buying a Nissan, but after speaking with Steve and Bobby, that quickly changed. Steve took the time to walk me through all of the options available, answer my questions, and help me explore the features that mattered most to me. I was able to test drive different vehicles and really think through what I wanted without ever feeling pressured. After taking the evening and the next day to crunch the numbers and make sure I was making the right decision, I returned on Saturday and felt supported every step of the way. The entire process took about two days, and at no point did I feel rushed. In the end, I purchased my first car ever a 2026 Nissan Sentra SV Premium. The body style, interior, and exterior are all beautiful, and the car drives incredibly well. I also felt confident that I received a great price and honest guidance throughout the entire experience. Bobby was able to crunch through the numbers and everything made sense, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I’m truly grateful for the professionalism and support from the team.

  Isaac absolutely the best of the best Wasn’t planning on taking home a car today, but Isaac had other plans. He treated us like solid gold even picked up food for our kids. Just an awesome guy if you buy from here buy from him.

  **10/10 absolutely recommend!** Amazing experience from start to finish. I am big on customer service, and Aleksie did not disappoint. I let her know what I needed, and she recommended a vehicle to fit my needs. It was such a seamless process. During the test drive, she explained all of the features of the car—including some I hadn't even thought about! This was my first time buying a car without my husband, and the vehicle she recommended is actually the one I bought—and he was thoroughly impressed. When she dropped it off, he even thanked her for her help and the young man Darian that was with her that just started was also very polite. This has been a really amazing experience. I am going to recommend everyone go and see her!

  I loved how knowledgeable and attentive to details Tiffany, Boye And Bobby were! They took the time to understand my needs and wants and gave me the best vehicle! I love my choice and will be referring my family and friends to this location! I will Continue to receive my services and shop in the future at this location!

  Purchasing our new Nissan Rogue Rock Creek at Jim Coleman Bethesda was an incredibly happy experience! From being greeted at the door, test driving several vehicles, walked through the financing/warranty - everything was done with absolutely no pressure (like other car dealerships in the past) - no game-playing (again, like other dealers in the past) -- each step in the process was expertly handled, explained, and discussed with our sales rep and finance expert. We ended the evening with hugs all around before driving home in our beautiful new SUV!
