  I had an amazing experience purchasing my new Nissan Versa SR thanks to Onesty and Martin at Jim Coleman Nissan, who truly went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. My trade-in situation was a bit of a hassle, and I wasn’t even able to make it to the dealership, but Onesty was incredibly patient and supportive. She walked me through everything step by step, stayed with me throughout the process to make sure I received the absolute best deal possible, and made me feel completely taken care of from start to finish. Martin took the experience even further by personally coming to pick me up from my home, getting me lunch, and making the whole ride feel comfortable and easy while also letting me drive the car back to the dealership myself, which made the experience even more exciting and memorable. Once we arrived, they worked hard to give me a great value for my trade-in and secured an even better deal on the vehicle I truly wanted. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication to customer service really stood out, and I left feeling genuinely grateful and cared for. I was so impressed that I went home and immediately started recommending them to my family and friends because they made the entire experience that exceptional.

  The customer service at this dealership is some of the best in the area. From the salesmen to the managers, everyone is incredibly attentive, kind, and patient. At no point did I feel rushed to make a decision, which was a completely different experience compared to other dealerships I've purchased cars from. I enjoyed working with Malik throughout the process and would highly recommend him. He answered all of my questions, shared his expertise when needed, and was overall just a joyful person. I left Jim Coleman with a new car and also certainty that I got the best deal possible. These are great people to work with, and I was incredibly pleased with my overall experience.

  The service department at this dealership is outstanding from beginning to end. I had a miserable experience trying to get my 2009 Sentra driver's side mirror replaced at another establishment. When I came into the service department at Nissan of Silver Spring I was greeted immediately and the service desk had my car looked at quickly and I had a written estimate and part ordered within 15 minutes. The part arrived in a couple of days and I easily set up an appointment. When I showed up for the appointment they greeted me, took the keys, and I went to the waiting area. Unlike other service departments I've been to, the waiting area is very nice. The furniture is comfortable, the coffee options and water are wonderful. My car was done in less time than expected, I was delighted. They did the inspection and washed my car as well. I also appreciated that there wasn't a hard sell on any additional services. Because this was my first time bringing my car to this service department they recommended services based on milage and age of the car. While I was waiting and walked around the dealership to stretch I wasn't asked about buying a new car, like I had experienced at other service departments. I'll be back to this service department when I need work done on my Sentra in the future.

  I have been looking for specific color of Rogue with upgrade package. This dealership has it. I found them online at the beginning. Never been to this store. I filled out my information and someone contact me right away. We setup an appointment over the phone. Kevin Escobar is the best salesman. He is very patient, knowledgeable and polite. He explained everything in details. I got a good deal with the car I and my family like.

  My car had issues with a third party that was completely outside of the dealership’s control, but Michael still went above and beyond to ensure a smooth sale. The employees are genuinely kind and honest and the overall experience was the best I could ask for.
