  Truly the best of the best! Erin is amazing to work with. Communication was easy, and she was always quick to respond and keep us informed. We were in a major time crunch, & to make matters even more challenging, I was involved in an accident after leaving the dealership. Erin found a way to make our lease turn in work seamlessly. We couldn’t be more grateful for their outstanding customer service.

  The maintenance advisor "Imran" was exceptionally knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns, recommended solutions and ensured his team performed the required tasks to get me back up and running. He also kept me informed along the way and asked me if I wanted services or parts needed found while the team was working. I appreciate being given information and options. The team also did a phenomenal job. I was extremely satisfied with the work they completed. I'd highly recommend this location and its staff to anyone looking for great people and profession quality work. A huge thank you to all the team. I plan on returning for any future repairs as well as future purchases. Great Job!

  A pleasant purchase experience. It took us some time to decide what we wanted, and Cory let us take our time and answered all of our questions clearly. We decided on a features that weren't in the lot, and he found just what we were looking for in no time flat. Finance office understood the maximum interest rate we were entertaining, beat it, and add-ons were easily negotiated to fit our preferences. Nice work, team!

  Service Dept: Imran is awesome! We brought our truck in from our dealer who couldn’t help us and they took us in and helped us with ease. Pleasure to work with. Professional. Thorough. We had emissions issues with our truck from a different dealer and Imran was able to successfully get it covered with warranty. A 4k job. We will definitely be purchasing our next vehicle through them!

  We had a very frustrating experience with Jim Murphy Buick GMC on Walden Ave. in Depew and would not recommend their service department. We originally brought our car in for a door locking issue. They diagnosed the problem, ordered a part, and completed the repair, assuring us the issue was fixed. However, just two days later, the car started displaying random alerts, which clearly indicated something was still wrong. We brought the vehicle back in for another diagnosis, only to be told that the wiring harness connected to the part they had just replaced was corroded, and they already knew about it during the initial repair. Despite that, they chose not to replace it or even inform us of the issue at the time. Now we're being told they will cover the repair, but the necessary part is conveniently on backorder, leaving us dealing with an unreliable vehicle in the meantime. What's especially concerning is the lack of transparency. Knowing a component was corroded and likely to cause problems, yet choosing not to address it or even mention it shows poor judgment and questionable customer care. It also gives the impression that they were willing to let the issue resurface so we'd have to return and potentially pay for labor costs all over again; another example of poor customer service Overall, this experience has left us questioning their integrity and attention to detail. I would strongly encourage others to think twice before trusting them with repairs.
