  I loved my car buying experience at Jim Taylor Buick GMC with Terry Holmes and the finance manager Jennifer! Terry was so informative and helpful! He knew the car’s specs front to back and wanted to get me the best deal. Jennifer was so patient and kind! I did use my own financing but they both still went above and beyond to help me. Thank you guys I love my new car!

  Buying my new truck here was a really good, local experience. My salesman was Brett Foreman, who is a veteran salesman and very knowledgeable at what he does. He was not pushy at all and helped me find exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. He took the time to explain all of the features included and how to operate everything. I was comparing a GMC Sierra to a Chevy Silverado at their other location in Rayville, and they had way better offers and incentives in Monroe. My only negative aspect here was the financial person/manager I spoke with at one point. When trying to negotiate the price down he got a little smart - mouthed and told me that he would rather have me go somewhere else to finance than simply drop the price by $1,000 and have me finance through them. So that's exactly what I did. So, I have to give a huge shoutout to Sevenfold Credit Union (formerly Monroe Telco) for such a low rate and excellent customer service! The dealership never would have touched that, so it was a blessing in disguise! My gain, his loss! But that being said, I would recommend this dealership (Mr. Foreman in particular) and would certainly use them in the future.

  We had a great experience working with Cliff Bodan to purchase our new Yukon XL from Jim Taylor Buick GMC. Cliff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful and never pressured us at all as we took our time to figure out and find just what we wanted. When we came to pick it up, he took the time to explain how things worked and all of the new safety features. Jennifer was also pleasant to work with finalizing the paperwork. We highly recommend Jim Taylor Buick GMC and Cliff Bodan for your next vehicle purchase!

  Such a great experience purchasing my car from Brett! He took his time showing me the vehicle and answered every question I had. Jennifer was great too. They both definitely made a life time Jim Taylor customer out of me!
