  The best dealership and group of people I’ve worked with I’ve ever worked with. They were the only dealership that genuinely worked with me to get the price I was comfortable with and make the entire process work for my situation. I did an online out of state purchase and Tristin Jheyson and David were great and I know I got annoying with my constant calling and question. The service throughout the whole purchase was excellent, and I truly felt like they were willing to go the extra mile. For example during the purchase the windshield cracked out of nowhere. Most dealerships wouldn’t tell you about it try to get the paperwork was signed and the sale was complete, and let it be your problem but these guys at Jimmy Britt are the best They were open and honest and even after the purchase they are still actively working with me to get the issue corrected and make things right.That level of customer service and commitment after the sale really says a lot about a dealership. I highly recommend Jimmy Britt to anyone looking for a dealership that actually works with you and continues to stand behind their customers!

  Star was great! She went above and beyond to help me find my new vehicle. She never gave up searching and checking in. She was very patient with me. The whole process was so easy and I never had to step foot in the dealership. For someone with anxiety this was a blessing. Definitely recommend giving them a call.

  We recently purchased a brand-new 2026 Jeep Rubicon from Jimmy Britt in Statesboro, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! Star was amazing throughout the entire process—friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer our questions. Byron in finance was equally helpful and made everything easy to understand. The whole team made the buying process simple, stress-free, and enjoyable. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way.   This was my first time purchasing from JB. It’s was mostly online and then calls and text through my salesperson Angel. Let me just say Angel went above and beyond to make sure I had pictures of the trucks I was interested in. After going through couple of trucks she had one that clicked. She sent pics and that was it. Being all was being done over the phone and text she kept me informed of every step of the process. Angel was very attentive and informative on my situation and vehicle the whole time. She is young and motivated. If you go to jimmy britt ask Dr Angel she will definitely make sure your buying experience is top notch. 5 ⭐️ to Angel and her motivation to do her job.

  We had a Remarkable experience! Damon our salesperson was Outstanding he throughly explained, the Buy Back Program, before we made the two drive for the particular vehicle we were interested in. The atmosphere of the staff at the dealership is Friendly, Warm, Personable, and Courteous which is very Refreshing! A few days later got a call from Damon, following up with us. I call that Excellent Customer Service! Highly Recommend!!!
