  I recently purchased a new truck from Joe Cecconi's, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team made the process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. They gave me a fair value for my trade-in and made upgrading to my new truck an easy decision. A special thank you to Stanford and Yasir for all their help throughout the process. They were knowledgeable, professional, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I also want to thank everyone else involved whose names I can’t remember—you all played a part in making this a great experience. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here, and I never felt pressured at any point. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats customers right and makes the buying process enjoyable, I highly recommend Joe Cecconi’s. I couldn’t be happier with my new truck and the service I received!

  I recently purchased a 2021 Durango from this dealership approximately one week ago. During my initial inspection of the vehicle, I believe I overlooked a bald tire on the passenger-side front. I returned to the dealership, and they indicated they would assess the situation. They also resolved an issue with a malfunctioning key fob, which they determined was due to a dead battery. Regarding the tire, the service advisor informed me that it had 6/32nds of tread remaining, which they claimed was within legal limits. I will include a photo to illustrate how the wear indicators are in contact with the road surface when the tire is making contact. The advisor mentioned that the manager was in a meeting and would review the matter, but I have not received a follow-up call, even after two days. I am not optimistic about receiving a call from them at this point. You would thing a dealer this size would atleast make sure all vehicle's that leave there lot are well above legal standards.. If you pay attention to the video it clearly states that all vehicle's leave with 50% or above brakes and tires! It is clear that this tire is not at or above 50% Update: I received a call from the sales manager who asked me what was going on. I explained the issue to him, and he said, "Okay, let me call you back while we figure out how we are going to handle this." About 20 minutes later, he called me back and said, "What I'd like to do is put all new tires on your vehicle." Now that's A1 customer service! So I'm taking it to them on Thursday next week, these tires are not regular tires they are run flat tires and most shops do not stock.. \

  Had my vehicle shipped from Florida all the way to this dealership for a though check up, their service manager Casey took good care of the whole appointment and make sure my vehicle was restored to its top condition. Drove it back to Canada with confidence and smile! Thanks again to Casey and your shop!

  I had an excellent experience buying my 2024 Mazda CX-5 from Joe Cecconi’s in Niagara Falls. Stanford, Rob, and Nate were all fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. They answered every question I had quickly and thoroughly and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. They truly went above and beyond to help get me the best rate possible and made sure everything was clearly explained before I signed anything. What impressed me even more was their follow-through after the sale — they took care of some cosmetic damage on the vehicle and had it fixed within a week without any hassle. It’s clear that Stanford, Rob, Nate, and the entire team at Joe Cecconi’s care about their customers and stand behind the vehicles they sell.   I had an excellent experience with Joe Cecconi's Crysler Complex - 2880 Military Road , Niagara Falls, New York . Especially with Landin Murphy, he helped me purchase a jeep Rubicon for work , and the entire process was smooth and professional from beginning to end. Landin was knowledgeable, honest, and very helpful, answering all our questions and making sure everything was handled correctly. Its not always easy to find someone trustworthy when buying a vehicle, but Landin made me feel confident in my purchase.
