  My husband surprised me with a brand-new 2026 Ford Bronco Sport Outer Banks in White Metallic for my birthday, and the team at Joe Cooper Ford of Yukon absolutely made it happen! He dropped me off at a spa for a couple of hours and then went to the dealership with a very specific mission: get everything done before my spa appointment was over so he could surprise me. The staff worked their tails off to make it happen, and they pulled it off perfectly. A special thank you to Lee J. Rabon, who helped my husband pull off the surprise. Lee was fantastic to work with and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready in time. His professionalism, communication, and dedication made the entire experience seamless. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. There were no sketchy sales tactics, no pressure, no runaround, just great customer service from start to finish. The surprise was unforgettable, and I am absolutely in love with my Bronco!   We bought two new Bronco Sports within a month. Lee Rabon helped us with every question and concern we had. He helped us get the best price we could and without being pushy. He was honest and did what he said he was going to do, and did it quickly. If we needed to buy another car, we could definitely reach out to him. He made both experiences so easy. He is highly recommended.

  We had a great experience purchasing our Ford Explorer from Joe Cooper Ford. The sales team was friendly, professional, and made the buying process smooth from start to finish. We never felt pressured, and they took the time to answer our questions and help us find the right vehicle for our family. We absolutely love our new Explorer! We haven’t had the chance to use the service department yet, but we’re looking forward to scheduling our tire pressure sensor appointment soon. So far, we’ve been very happy with our experience and would recommend Joe Cooper Ford to anyone shopping for a vehicle

  Having retired from car lots myself... and working for corporate to boost customer service satisfaction, I have no notes. 11/10 experience. Even with subprime credit looking for a loan after an ex got the car I got her repossessed, I treated like I was buying the car outright. Bella in sales was a pleasure to work with. No stale awkward energy that I see on most floors today. And zero judgment for being subprime. She was professional, took the time, and found me a great car. I didn't even need to see a second option. It was right in my budget. And nicer than expected. And Miss Cutter in finance was just as easy to work with, and also extremely nice. Especially considering some of the finance managers I have sat across from. They really made the process streamlined but yet no sense of being rushed. We felt like family. I would trust sending my granny to her. I was about to pull the trigger on a way worse deal at a small lot in worse condition. Something told me to try this lot before making a decision. I walked in yesterday. It took till this morning for my deposit wire to clear. My lariat fx4 is now sitting pretty in my driveway. This was the first positive buying experience I have had at any dealership since it was me on the other side of the desk. Hand to God, No one asked for this review I’m just blown away by the service I received.
