  Great experience, I had a few hiccups on my end before the visit but Ashton worked with me through them all without any issues on purchasing day. We got through the whole process in an extremely timely fashion and had the car within 3 days of first seeing it! I would highly recommend Ashton!

  Aaron Baker made purchasing my first ev EASY. He is calm, personable, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was extremely anxious and stressed but within minutes he was answering all my questions and showing me the capabilities of the vehicle. Normally I would be overwhelmed with that much information, but he was so good at communicating I was able to relax, retain and utilize the information he was giving me. I’ve bought a lot of cars and this was by far my best experience. I recommend Aaron Baker at the highest level if you are thinking about buying a car.

  Ashton S was great he worked with us for several months, he kept us informed and was very knowledgeable about the products. I would recommend him to others. We are enjoying our new palisade hybrid.

  Fantastic experience with Andres from start to finish. I reached out on a Friday evening, not too long before closing to ask about locating a vehicle from another dealership, and he was incredibly responsive—quickly speaking with his manager and following up with options and pricing. I really appreciated that he was not pushy at all about purchasing a vehicle already on their lot. When we arrived Saturday, he was assisting another customer, but the team made sure we were taken care of right away with a test drive and a comfortable place to wait. The entire process was smooth, and he communicated clearly throughout, making sure we understood every step. Even though the vehicle arrived right at closing time on Saturday, he and the detail staff stayed late to ensure it was fully cleaned, detailed, and fueled before we left. We didn’t leave until about an hour after closing, and they were still very courteous and apologetic for the timing. Overall, an excellent experience with outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend working with him.

  Hands down best experience with a sales person. We aren't spring chickens either! We have bought and sold a lot of cars in our lifetimes. Rafael was informative, polite, funny , insightful, proactive and genuine. He was knowledgeable and personable. He was attentive to our needs. We will definitely want to have Rafael in the future for any car needs at Hyundai. Thank you Rafael!
