  We had an amazing car buying experience at Joe Myers Kia. The process was quick, smooth, transparent and hassle free. Hung did a phenomenal job in making sure we got the vehicle we wanted. It took a couple months but he was always on top of it even getting it driven from San Antonio for us! Never pushed or forced us to buy another one or compromise on any features. I highly recommend Hung for anyone who is in the market to shop for a Kia! Hes the guy and will make it happen for you.

  This was perhaps our best car-shopping experience ever, and after being Honda/Toyota drivers for most of our lives, we may be a KIA household now! We loved the staff. Mohammed Isam was a new sales rep, but such a joy to work with - relatable, warm, professional, responsive, courteous, etc. What I especially loved was we were not forced to spend the whole afternoon there due to sales games. The negotiation process was reasonable, efficient, and courteous. Both sides made reasonable requests, and we were able to quickly come to agreement. Even the finance staff was extremely enjoyable to work with.

  I had an outstanding experience at Joe Myers. Simon made the car-buying process smooth from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of my questions, never pressured me into making a decision, and worked hard to get me a great deal. I especially appreciated his honesty, transparency, and excellent customer service. He made me feel like a valued customer instead of just another sale. If you're looking for a dealership that treats people with respect and stands behind what they sell, I highly recommend Joe Myers. Thank you for making this a great experience!

  Joe Myers Kia went above and beyond to give us a great experience in purchasing our second new Telluride from them. We first bought a Telluride from them about five years ago and absolutely loved it. Over that time Joe Myers Kia kept us appraised of new vehicles, updates to the models, and stayed in touch on the brand. In particular, Byron Harold did a fantastic job keeping me updated, so that when it was time to get a new vehicle, he had everything ready. Byron made sure we had exactly the vehicle we wanted with the exactly the right features and gave us a fair deal on both our trade-in in the new purchase. He even drove across town to pick up a different vehicle for us when the first one we were looking at did not have the interior colors we wanted. We got to spend a little extra time at the dealership, but did not mind and in fact we’re able to toast the new purchase together. Overall, great experience, both with the end product and the service to purchase the vehicle. All the best.

  The used car sales team and managers really worked with my budget. They were not pushy at all and the experience was overall very pleasant. I have a lot of experience buying cars knowing it can be very stressful. Their team really was straight forward and seemed to care not just about the sale but gaining a customer for years to come. I will definitely be back when I’m in the market again.
