  Brian Grindle was our sales rep, and let me just say, top tier service. We already had our vehicle picked out and our price set before even stepping foot in the dealership, and Brian had our 2026 Dodge Durango GT HEMI V8 sitting there ready to go. No games, no wasted time. He answered every question and handled everything like a pro. Our finance guy, Luis, was just as smooth! He was quick, easy, and there was zero hassle. Now let’s talk about this deal!! We walked out with our Durango for $3,000 under MSRP. Yes, really. Oh, and We can not forget the LIFETIME engine and transmission warranty through Vance!! Unreal. As long as we keep up with our oil changes and tune-ups there, we’re covered for as long as we own it. You just don’t see that anymore. Brian didn’t stop there, he literally picked us up from our house so we didn’t have to Uber and He filled our gas tank all the way up. With gas prices right now?? Say less. 😂 That’s not just good service, that’s how you do business!!   I've bought multiple vehicles from John Vance Auto over the years, but this time my experience was different. I needed help with multiple fixes to a 1979 CJ7 Jeep. The entire Dodge/Jeep service department could not have been more helpful and patient as we worked through multiple part replacements and various services my Jeep needed to get it back on the road before it gets fully restored. I greatly appreciate everything they did for me on this project.

  I first went to dodge on the expressway, for a check engine light that came on. They asked me my mileage and I told them 36,100. They completely dismissed me and said my warranty expired at 36,000 and said I needed to pay them $195 dollar fee to diagnose the problem and depending on it, it would be more or the $195 would cover it. From the moment I entered they were short and rude. I asked about the goodwill assistant program since my truck was just over my warranty by a 100 miles and I was on vacation. when it happened. They didn't care and asked if I was going to pay the diagnostic fee or not. I walked out. I Called Vance, they listened and scheduled me in the very next day, they didnt ask for anything, just a couple of hours to figure out the issue. They called me back after two hours and all it was is a software update on my truck and that was it, they even fixed the one re-call I had on it also while they had my truck. They didnt charge me a dime and where very pleasant to speak with. 10 out 10 service.

  Chris Bryant in Jeep service is outstanding! He's extremely helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly he is kind. Cole Blankenship did an excellent job servicing my daughter's car (his name was on the paperwork). Big thanks to both of them!
