  Jones is definitely a top-tier dealership. Like any major car dealership be prepared to pay well over the advertised price that’s just the way things are in Maryland. Jones offers some of the best warranties on used cars as well as the Jones for a lifetime program which I would say are very well worth it. My salesman, Wade, was very helpful and straightforward, which I appreciated. He worked with me and got me out the door in a nice jeep. I Will say the only negative is the vehicle wasn’t detailed to my level of expectation. It wouldn’t have taken much to shine up the faded black plastic fenders, trim and clean the windows. They did send me off with a full tank of gas though.

  Nick was a super friendly sales person who made our experience very pleasant and easy and fast. Edward the finance manager was professional and very likable. Explained everything very well! Overall had a great experience and found the car we wanted in our price range.

  My experience purchasing a new car at Jones Jeep was truly top-notch! From the moment I arrived until everything was finalized, I felt valued as a customer and genuinely appreciated for giving them my business. Throughout the process, I worked with Gary Hale, John Ferraiuolo, Chris Gill, and Deb Rios — each of whom was welcoming, personable, and truly passionate about their job. They kept me informed every step of the way and thoroughly explained all of the details throughout the buying process. John especially went above and beyond by taking the time to walk me through so many features of my new Grand Cherokee L, helping me pair my phone, and getting me set up on the Jeep app. That was such a huge help! Bryan Kilby and Danny Jones have built a phenomenal group of dealerships, and I’m so happy to now be part of the Jones Junction family!

  I went in, not even looking to purchase a truck just shopping. Two hours later I found my dream truck. They got my payment where I needed them to be full warranty for four years, which is just a few pennies extra on my payment. There was a scratch and a dent in the vehicle that I wasn’t impressed with they are fixing it and making it 100%. gave me a brand new loaner to drive in the meantime. This is the second car I’ve purchased from them. They are outstanding from the Financing Manager to the sales person I dealt with. They were great. Thank you, Mr. Wade Tolley and Mrs. Taylor you guys did a wonderful job.
