  I've bought MANY cars in my life. My experience at Joseph Airport Toyota was so amazingly smooth and pleasant. My sale consultant, Steve, is a nice, cool guy. He and I ironed out all the details via a few emails. They were VERY reasonable in the final price that we negotiated. All I had to do was to show up, do a test drive, fill out a few forms, and drive the car! Everything went according to what we had agreed and there were no last minute "surprises" to change the price. Steve took the time to set Toyota App on my phone and showed a number of things to get me started. The loan manager was also very pleasant and quick to wrap up the paperwork. Joseph Airport Toyota should be the only dealer you visit! They're accommodating and super nice folks. Thank you for making my car purchase so pleasant and stress free!

  Another GREAT Experience with Joseph Airport Toyota ! My salesman Tyler Watt and his team were top notch from start to finish. I buy several cars per year but this was my 1st experience with Joseph Airport Toyota but will not be my last ! These guys were super efficient which I truly appreciated and made my buying experience great ! Honestly, the dealer experience here was equal to or greater than my last few new Lexus purchases and THAT says alot !!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tyler and his team !

  As ALWAYS, my experience with Joseph Airport Toyota was EXCEPTIONAL! The service department staff are wonderful communicators, prompt, respectful, professional and friendly! I love getting my car serviced there. I have confidence in their work. They are honest and never try to upsell me on unnecessary parts and work, which I appreciate greatly. I wait while they do the job, and my wait time always minimal. I bought my car from them and I can honestly HIGHLY RECOMMEND this car dealership!

  We had an excellent experience at Joseph Airport Toyota where we purchased a used car for my daughter. I am pretty direct and not a fan of "high pressure" sales, and have no problem walking away from a potential purchase. The salesman, Ryan, was helpful and for the most part spared me from the whole price haggling process. I was up front about what I was willing to pay & after speaking with the sales manager, he was up front about their bottom dollar. We actually ended up not buying the vehicle that day, and Ryan was still responsive via text message when I had additional questions later that evening. After some deliberation, we did decide to purchase the vehicle and I notified Ryan via text message on a Monday morning - he prepared the paperwork & had everything ready to go by that evening so that I could come by after work to sign & pick up the car. My wait was minimal when I arrived and the car was spotless! I did have to bring it back in for service shortly thereafter, and reached out to Ryan again to help facilitate the process - which he did not have to do - and he responded immediately. I also dealt with the sales manager who I believe is named Kent, and the service manager, Don. All top notch and made the experience as convenient and simple as possible! Mind you, I purchased a relatively inexpensive used vehicle - not a brand new one, not even one under warranty - yet the staff was eager to help and treated me with the utmost courtesy & respect. What an excellent experience for my soon to be 16 year old's first car! I would absolutely recommend Joseph Airport Toyota, we are thrilled with our purchase and I wouldn't hesitate to shop here again when we're in the market for another vehicle!

  I bought a 2019 toyato from Joseph's Toyota on Saturday June 20 2026, was told by sales nan Dental it needed to have a inspection and maintence was told by Sales man it should be ready for pick up by end of day saturday June 2o it was a lie. Then I was told it would be ready Monday. On Monday I called to schedule a time to pick up the race 4. Was fed more excuses, spoke with maintence manager was told it would be sometime Wednesday. A asked to speak to sale' s manager . John sales manager told me they are doing the best then can I told him that was unacceptable and maybe I should cancel the deal at that the said he would just void the contract I said no.so according to my understanding I might get my Car Wednesday. Bottom line it is my opinion that most of the staff at that dealership will tell the customer whatever they think will shut the customer up and move on that is not the way people in a polite society do business and suggest and changlage any statements made and not that them at their word.
