  I was greated by Antinio Williams. Great customer service. He greated me with a smile and made me feel welcome. He was very professional and polite. My concerns and what I wanted in a vehicle was very important to him. I picked out a vehicle, drove and was explained everything about that vehicle. Antonio answered all my questions and concerned. He did not pressure me into buying a vehicle. He didn’t rush me. It was all about me as a customer, to make sure I was satisfied and sure of the big decision I was making. Antonio Williams is the best car salesman I have ever had (I purchased many cars and this was my first time buying a Kia). Thank you Antonio Williams for working with me, making my purchase easy and me happy as a new car owner of Kia.

  Geremy was absolutely amazing. I am not a fan of pushy car salesman. I called and said I want to come test drive and look at numbers. I went and did just that. Told him I would be back before the end of the year. We had a big finance come up with the house I called and just let him know that I was still coming but needed to figure this out. He called once to follow up and I said yes still the plan. I took my son by one day to see the car I wanted and again Geremy was amazing and understood I was not buying that day. The manager was a little pushy but I understand he was doing his job. This is not our first car from this group and it won’t be our last.

  Ashley was My absolutely amazing sales lady. She worked with me over the phone through text messages through phone calls until I could physically make it up there to her. And I just came up to meet her and she said let me show you let’s talk and I said I’m good. I’ve got time today. I was upside down in my jeep and I got everything in this brand new Kia Sportage and they paid off my jeep. They gave me the best deal that could’ve been made anywhere by anybody and then better than that. I would absolutely tell you to go to JT‘s Kia specifically cause I’m a little biased on the Greystone Boulevard JT‘s Kia. I just want to thank them all for all of the absolute hard work they had to do to get me in to the things that I said had to happen. Again, I am so very grateful and I love my new Kia.

  I came at the end of the day. My daughter brought a Telluride 2 weeks prior. I just wanted to get a better feel for the quality of the vehicle. My salesperson - Jim Leaphart greeted me and I explained that I wanted to get a closer look because I had something else in mind to buy. ( BMW ) Jim was awesome, informative, professional and friendly. It felt like I was talking to a friend. Jim was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my endless questions. I purchased my Telluride and I love it! My next vehicle will be from JT’s Kia!! If I could give him a better score of 10 I definitely would and it would be well deserved! If you are looking for a car suv or truck I highly recommend JT’S Kia. Make it a pleasurable experience and ask for Jim Leaphart.
