  Working with Quen was truly one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, he was incredibly patient and never made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. What stood out most was his transparency. He was upfront about pricing, options, and the entire process, which made a typically stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. I always felt like he had my best interests in mind, not just making a sale. On top of that, he was genuinely helpful—going above and beyond to make sure I found the right vehicle for my needs and budget. His professionalism and honesty really set him apart.   I have been a Kia customer since 2003 and have always had good experiences with Jts Kia of Rock Hill. The Sales representative(SONSHINE),was very courteous and made a last impression with her knowledge of the Kia cars and had the best personality.   My favorite place to get a car! Have gotten 2 used vehicles from them over the years and I've always had the best service. All the staff is friendly and I had the best sales rep! Kelvin was and is amazing and helped me out with getting myself another car. Even made time to chat with me a few weeks later when I came in for an oil change.

  I was ready to replace my 2006 Hyundai Sonata. I had done my research on cars and was looking at a hybrid. I didn't like the new shape of the Santa Fe so went to the Kia. Jaden was wonderful! Helpful without being pushy, listened to what I had to say. I thought I was settled on one, but when I returned a second time, I decided on a beautiful Sorento Hybrid. A good experience with friendly people. Many cars from which to choose. Thank you, JTs and Jaden McCullough!

  Great Cars, Great Dealership, Great Salesperson - Mae. We heard great things from family and friends about JT's KIA. Decided we need to add the K4 LXS to our family - the styling, features, price point, and good size drew us in. What made it all happen was Mae. From start to finish she made us feel like VIP's. Empathetic, knowledgeable, and professional; Mae worked her magic and got us a deal and car that left us driving home with a smile looking forward to many new adventures with our K4.
