  When we went to Keiting, we didn’t have any intention on actually buying a vehicle. We were just starting our shopping process. We were welcomed, walked the lot, and found a few vehicles we wanted more information about. The process was easy. Jason, our sales associate, brought a very positive, energetic vibe to the process that made it even easier. His enthusiasm helped make the decision easier. The sales and finance teams made for an easy transaction! We appreciate the no pressure approach and in the end going forward with Keiting was an easy option. They will be on our short list of dealerships when looking for future vehicle purchases.

  I drove from Beaumont Texas to Keating Chevrolet to look at a Silverado EV! When I arrived, they were very friendly and professional plus they also honored their online price which a lot of dealerships don’t do! My sales person (Ryan LaVoy) did a wonderful Job of selling and explaining how things worked on the vehicle. I am very pleased and unfortunately, it may be a while since I have a new vehicle, but I will definitely return when it’s time!

  We are very happy with our purchase at Keating Chevrolet! Matthew was extremely professional and worked hard to get us the best deal possible. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and even though this wasn’t our first time financing a vehicle, it was by far the best experience we’ve ever had at a dealership. Matthew was great to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He made sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire process and answered all of our questions. The dealership also offered excellent extended coverage options, which gave us even more confidence in our purchase. We would definitely recommend asking for Matthew if you’re looking to buy a vehicle. We’ll absolutely be returning for future purchases and will be sending our friends and family his way.   I had an amazing experience at the dealership, and I want to give a huge shout-out to Justin. From the moment I arrived, Justin was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car.   Kennin was amazing from the second we walked in the door to the second we walked out! Super friendly, very professional and pleasant to work with. She answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to get the answers we needed if she didn’t know first. No pressure, (still not FUN, buying a car is NEVER fun) but definitely prompt and a very smooth process. THANK YOU! 🙏🏼
