“We had our back window explode on our 2025 Rogue while sitting in our driveway. It blew the glass out and on to the ground. It was a very weird experience. I didn't think Nissan would cover it, but I hoped for the best since it was obviously a defect of some kind. I called in to Keating Nissan and spoke to Luis. He had heard of it happening before and submitted a warranty claim to see if Nissan would fix it under warranty. I stopped by and spoke to the Service Manager (sorry I can't remember his name) and talked to him about the situation. He was very kind about it and said he'd do everything he could to help us out. Well between them, thankfully, they got it covered by Nissan saving me an insurance claim. We were very happy about that! Luis called and we set an appointment to drop it off. Keating provided us a rental car and got us taken care of. We're very happy and thankful for the whole experience (other than our window blowing out) Great job gentlemen! Oh...and the lady who called me to pick up was very sweet!”
