  I had an amazing experience at Toyota thanks to an incredible team that truly went above and beyond for me. A huge thank you to Andrew C — with 40 years in the car business, his experience absolutely shows. He was patient, knowledgeable, honest, and made the entire process feel comfortable instead of stressful. He really listened to what I needed and helped me find the perfect vehicle. Eric Rosenman worked hard to help me get to numbers I felt comfortable with financially, and I genuinely appreciated his transparency, patience, and determination throughout the process. A very special thank you to Alex Tarrantino for helping make everything come together. I truly appreciate the effort, consideration, and willingness to work with me to make this purchase possible. It meant more than you know and made a stressful process feel much more manageable. Al Ruiz made the final paperwork process smooth, easy to understand, and stress-free. He was professional, kind, and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly without making me feel rushed. I truly appreciated how comfortable and supported he made me feel during the final steps of the purchase.   My experience with Keating Toyota was excellent from start to finish. Even though I do not live nearby, the process was smooth and easy thanks to the team’s professionalism and communication. Ben DiBlasio was efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with over the phone. Ben and Chase Braxton were quick to answer all of my questions, Manuel was professional and patient during financing, and Patricia was incredibly kind and thorough when explaining the vehicle’s technology and features. The whole team was personable and truly wonderful to work with! My sister absolutely loves the car, and we highly recommend Keating Toyota. We would definitely work with them again in the future!

  I recently purchased my car and had the pleasure of working with Melvin Santiago. From start to finish, Melvin was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful.   We purchased a 2026 1794 Toyota Tundra about a month and a half ago. First time owning a Toyota but the deal was painless. Our salesman Alex and the team were awesome and they got us in and out in under 2 hours the fastest car buying experience ever. Highly recommend them and the service department so far has been pretty fast as well. I will drive the nearly hour drive versus the 9 minute drive to Community toyota in baytown. I've had to go to both for minor service and I was at Community for over 5 hours. I had an oil change and 1000 mile check-up @ Keating in under an hour. I still speak with Alex every time go in and the people there are professionals.
