  I had an excellent experience working with Courtney at Kelly Jeep Chrysler in Lynnfield. From start to finish, she made the entire car-buying process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. Courtney was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer any questions I had throughout the process. I also had a trade-in, and I was extremely happy with the value that Courtney and the team were able to offer me for my vehicle. They worked hard to make sure I received a great price on my trade-in while also helping me get an amazing deal on the car I purchased. I truly felt like they were being fair, transparent, and focused on helping me get the best overall deal possible. Another thing I really appreciated was that they were able to deliver my new car directly to me, which made the process so much easier and more convenient. Because of this, I was able to register the vehicle in my home state instead of Massachusetts, which saved me a lot of extra hassle. That level of customer service and flexibility really stood out to me. What stood out most overall was Courtney’s communication and customer service. She was attentive, honest, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but she made the experience easy and positive from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Courtney and the team at Kelly Jeep Chrysler to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

  10 out of 10 Great experience at Kelly Jeep. Our salesman Marsebio helped us buy our new 2026 wrangler. He helped us with all our questions and concerns with professionalism and patience. We were also helped by the sales manager Tim as well who was equally as helpful, professional, and kind! We are 3 generations of customers our parents and kids have all bought jeeps through Kelly and had great experiences! We even met Mr. Kelly himself! Great deal and even better service! We recommend them to everyone we know!

  This is my third car lease with this dealership, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience once again. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.
