  Always come here for an oil change when I have time. You can set your appointment online. This place does a good job of keeping you updated on your car’s progress. I appreciate that they give you a reliable quote and ask for your consent before they proceed with the work.

  I recently June 17, 2026 brought my car Nissan Rogue to Kelly Nissan in Woburn, Massachusetts, for inspection and maintenance before a long trip. My service advisor, Jesus Alvarez, was very friendly, attentive, and professional. The service department completed the needed maintenance, including an oil change, filter change, and multipoint inspection, in a reasonable amount of time. While I was waiting, Dan Holloran, the sales representative who helped me lease the car, came to greet me, which I appreciated very much. Everything was friendly, professional, and efficient. I have now driven the car for several days, and it is working excellently. I am grateful to Jesus Alvarez, Dan Holloran, and the workshop staff for their excellent work.

  The best thing that could have happened to a Nissan of Woburn is when Jesus Alvarez joined the service team. He is kind and friendly and knowledgeable and once you meet him at a service appointment he has a way of remembering your needs at the next appointment. He is able to have you (and your car) in and out of the appointment in such a timely matter that I no longer dread bringing my car in for service. His customer service technique really should be taught. Thank you Jesus!!!

  Kelly Nissan sold me a brand new 2026 Nissan Frontier SV for a competitive price. They also gave me a generous trade-in, paid off my existing loan and arranged low interest financing with Nissan Financing. From arriving to test drive to leaving in a new truck too, two hours and fifteen minutes. Dan Sicari could not have been more pleasant and decent. Best experience I have had in my 58 years ... this is how to run an auto dealership!

  I recently purchased a new 2025 Nissan Armada PRO-4X through Kelly Nissan of Woburn and highly recommend them. Since I live about an hour away, I worked with Matthew over the phone to before arriving and to setup an appointment to test drive. Once there, I met Cole who got everything setup for me to test drive the vehicle. Once we were back, we talked pricing and were able to agree on a great price. Cole was great to work with and truly made this the best car buying experience I've had yet. At no point were there any high pressure tactics or games played in the process. Cole was fantastic at making sure I understood the numbers and worked quickly with his manager to address any questions I had. When it came time to talk financing, Ahmed was also great to work with. He ran through different scenarios around extended warranties and coverage timeframes that I was considering and helped me find the best option at a reasonable price. Though I haven't had any cars serviced here, I did take a look at the service area since my work office is only about 15 minutes away and was also extremely impressed with the cleanliness, waiting area, and service bays. This dealership's offerings are exceptional compared to other dealerships that I've purchased vehicles from or had my cars serviced at in the past. Needless to say, I was thoroughly impressed and will almost certainly be back for service. Thanks for a great experience purchasing the exact vehicle I wanted at an excellent price!
