  Recently, my husband and I just had the absolute BEST car-buying experience at Kemna Auto of Fort Dodge. Dylan Drummond helped me find my dream car! I absolutely LOVE my 2026 Traverse! Dylan never pressured us to buy; in fact, he looked everywhere for the perfect car for me and suggested several options. He and Kim Dooley were always making sure we were comfortable with each choice and had so many ideas that we didn’t know existed on how to get the best bang for our buck.   I had an excellent experience at Kemna Auto of Fort Dodge. Sam in Internet Sales did a fantastic job assisting me throughout the process.   We wanted a Buick enclave so we went to Kemna Chevrolet in fort dodge. Tina was our sales person and she was very attentive to what we wanted and she helped us every step of the way. Setting our controls to what our likes are. She called into OnStar to get that set up with us. She cashed in our rewards to help with that. Everyone at the dealership speaks as you come in. Even coming out of their rooms to say hi! I feel like we matter.

  Our salesman Dylan was extremely informative on our HUMMER EV purchase. The test drive was well done and there was no pressure to purchase. The negotiation process was straight forward, we were also already prepared to purchase so that could have helped. Everyone in Kemna was extremely nice! The only thing I would change is in finance making sure the purchaser is going through the signing at their own pace. The finance manager kept tapping our signature vs letting us do it.

  Dylan did a wonderful job helping us purchase our new 2026 Yukon XL AT4 Ultimate. We were treated to a first-class, top-shelf experience from the moment we walked through the door. Dylan asked what we were shopping for, we walked the lot together and checked out several vehicles that were available. Once we narrowed it down, it was time for a drive. Dylan was knowledgeable about the features of our test vehicle and walked us through many of the features and demonstrated them in real time and practical use. We decided to "run the numbers", so Dylan give us tour of the Fort Dodge, Kemna. He showed us their wonderful facility and made sure we knew where the lounge was located so we could grab a coffee, cookies or use the restroom while we waited. Dealing with the entire Kemna staff was a terrific experience. Purchasing a new vehicle is the start of a relationship between them and us. We are in the honeymoon phase of this relationship! I hope that the service after the sale keeps us just as happy as we are now! If it does, I will let you know. If it does not, I will also let you and everyone else know! Service after the sale will keep us coming back. Thank you!
