  I feel, I do not get honest answers at Kemna. The same person that told me I needed 4 new tires along with 4 new rims when he worked in the quick lube lane. Another tire shop told me I needed tires and an alignment and thats what I bought. Now he works in the service department. Told me a shopping cart ran into my mirror and scratched my camera, when I was having trouble with my camera, that must have been a big shopping cart. Thank you!

  The service was fast and efficient. The servicemen were friendly and respectful. They answered all my questions and gave me the responses I needed. They are always direct and honest. I have been using this service since buying my vehicle in 2023. It is one of the best services provided by Kemna's.

  I gave Kemna a call on a Monday to view and test drive a car. It was at a different location and they had no issues in getting it to Algona by the evening. I decided I wanted to take a different route and my salesmen Chris Colsrud, had found a vehicle in my price range and I ended up test driving it and purchasing it within 2 days, after I fell in love with it. This was my first time buying a vehicle and there was tons of patience to make sure I understood what I needed. I felt heard and seen here, and am proud to be a customer of Kemna GMC. I couldn’t recommend the employees, and my salesman Chris Colsrud more. Respect and talent goes far and I am glad I found a place where I received that. Chris and I maintained contact throughout the week until I was able to make it to Algona, and he had checked in afterwards for a few days to make sure I was still enjoying the vehicle.

  Very pleased with the entire process. Sean Phillips was excellent as usual and helped with the multiple car exchanges. Both the Beautiful Young Lady and the Young Punk football player were great and very helpful. 👍
