  My elderly mother owns a 2023 Sorrento with a whooping 12000 miles purchased new from this dealership.. Her radio/navigation was glitching and figured it needed the software updated.I only know this because I also own a Sorrento, and have had this exact problem. She takes it to this dealership and they told her her radio was bad and needed replaced, running her cc for excess of 700. When my mother called me later that evening telling me this I immediately called the dealer and talked to the manager and told him that I wanted a refund and a second opinion. The car has 12k miles!!!!!!!I was told the next morning I would get a refund and if I wouldn't I would get a phone call. No phone call.7 days later we discover no refund was issued. I called and spoke to the awful service mgr named TENLEY MILLER. Furthermore after a lengthy dispute in which she argued with me to the bitter end that the software update had nothing to do with why the radio didn't work, she agreed to give me a refund minus a 20% restocking fee on a radio that wasn't bad and we never picked up. Nowhere on the receipt does it even state that there would be a restocking fee. She was not nice and apparently knows nothing about kias'. It would be helpful if you knew something about doing your job. How do I know more about kias than the dam service manager??? You are either incompetent or trying to rip people off. You choose..She was terrible, along with the rest of the service department apparently. So, I had to go to the manager of the dealership to get the refund.The software is October of 2022 which I've included a picture of showing the date of the software which are the last numbers. New software was available in May of 26. So the dealer never even attempted to update the software and tried to sell my mom a radio she didn't need. I took the car to Morgantown at freedom Kia, and requested they put the updated software in the car. They completed the software update which fixed the radio. FOR FREE!!! I'V

  Kymani was our sales representative while purchasing our new Kia Telluride. He was knowledgeable and patient with us. He answered all our questions and was very nice to work with. Would recommend to anyone.

  Wonderful 5 stars wish I could give more!! I just purchased 2020 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross the sales person was beyond kind understanding helpful and informative on all details of his sale to me... So shout to Ken Ganley Kia in Clarksburg WV. 😁😁😁Did I mention I love my new car, bc I DO! ❤️❤️❤️

  We had a wonderful sales woman named Gabrielle she was absolutely wonderful and fought hard to get us in what we needed. She is one of the kindest people we met and we are loving our pathfinder so I highly recommend anyone going to them for a car they are absolutely wonderful and most definitely will be back later on to get another car from them.!
