  When I walked into the Kia dealership, I was very guarded! I had had a horrible experience at a previous dealership and the last thing I wanted was for that to happen again. I had never ever in my life purchased a brand new car. I am 48 years old. With that being said, I had the most amazing and wonderful experience at Ken Ganley Kia! Not only did they make me feel like I was the one making the decisions, but they also were so helpful in every single area. They showed me how to operate my brand new car and were patient with me and got me an amazing finance deal! They literally made my car buying experience. Wonderful! Thank you so much to Josh Santos who helped me with everything and his trainee guy Julian! Thank you to the finance team and to everyone there who made this happen for me!!!

  I had an excellent experience buying my new Kia. Kevin made the entire process so much smoother by doing a lot of the work before I even arrived. That saved me from spending hours at the dealership, and I really appreciated how organized and prepared everything was. He answered all of my questions, kept me updated throughout the process, and never made me feel pressured. David in finance was also great. He explained everything clearly, made the paperwork easy to understand, and made the financing process as smooth as possible. From start to finish, everyone treated me with kindness and professionalism. I’m absolutely in love with my new car, and I’m so grateful for the experience. I highly recommend this dealership, especially if you get the chance to work with Kevin and David. Thank you both for helping me get my dream car!

  You want the best service and attention—all around experience go see Tony at Ken Ganley Kia in New Port Richey. He was extremely attentive and checked off every box in the car buying experience. This is our 17th family car in 32 years of marriage and we are 100% satisfied!!!

  I had a great experience at Ken Ganley Kia in New Port Richey, Florida. Our salesperson, Ricardo Pierre, did a fantastic job from start to finish. I definitely asked a lot of questions and gave him a bit of a hard time because I wanted to fully understand exactly how my lease was structured and Ricky Ricardo handled it all with patience, professionalism, and clarity. He was very thorough in explaining every detail, polite throughout the entire process, and worked hard to negotiate terms that made sense for me. In the end, I walked out with the exact car I went in for, feeling confident and informed about my lease. A nice bonus was the inclusion of three oil changes per year, which I really appreciated. Overall, a smooth and positive experience. I would absolutely recommend Ricardo Pierre and Ken Ganley Kia to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and professional salesperson.

  Tony from sales was top-notch. ​My wife and I visited looking for a more spacious SUV for our young family, and my father tagged along as well. From the moment we arrived, Tony greeted us promptly. We already had a specific model in mind, and Tony’s product knowledge was exceptional. He was incredibly thorough, ensuring every question we had was answered. ​We ended up purchasing the vehicle, and even my father—who isn't easily impressed—couldn't stop talking about how seamless the process was at Ken Ganley Kia. Tony is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We would absolutely buy from him again and cannot recommend him enough!
