  What a great experience, probably what most people don't say about a dealing with buying a vehicle.... Bur here at Ken Stoepel Ford, Erik Schwartz made this one of the most pleasurable experiences my wife and I have ever had. He not only made sure we were happy with the purchase of out 2026 F150, but he also made several phone calls afterwards to follow up with us.   We had a great experience with Tava Hamilton as our salesman. He helped us on two vehicles now and I will go back to him in the future!! The used inventory is always good and you can find anything you need. Not to mention the new inventory is great as well I just end up purchasing used vehicles most of the time. We purchased a 2025 Mustang GT convertible and it was Gold Star rated which gave us extended years on the warranty. Thanks again Tava!!!!

  Huge shoutout to Phil for making my trade-in experience honestly amazing. I came in wanting something more powerful with a new color, and he really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted without ever trying to push me into just any car. He was super considerate of my time and my budget, and you can tell he actually cares about getting you into the right car, not just making a sale. He’s helped my dad get two cars before, so I already knew he was great, but he seriously went above and beyond again. I’m so happy with what I ended up with and the deal he got me. If you’re looking for someone genuine, patient, and just really good at what they do, Phil is your guy!

  We had a great experience. Phillip Marlow, our salesman, was amazing. Well, he helped my wife with this purchase, which was a Fathers day gift to me. He was very courteous, attentive, and very helpful. He even sent us a video of the truck since we were from out of town....Tom , the numbers guy was also very courteous and helpful. Thank you so much for this amazing transaction. We bought a 2019 f150, which is in mint condition. Thank you Phillip, Tom, and Ken Stoepl Ford. We are very happy with our purchase and with the whole process. I highly recommend dealing with Ken Stoepel dealership. Would give 100 stars if I could.
