  My partner and I were buying our first car together. Going into this, we had no ideas on make / model but knew we wanted something small, AWD, and safe. We test drove so many cars at so many dealers... Fast forward, we met Scott at Keystone of Berwyn. He walked us through the volvo line up, was frank about how the volvos stacked up against the competition, and truly cared that we landed on a car that met our needs. We visited Keystone 3 times before we even decided to buy something - and each time, Scott spent time with us, answering questions and being a great resource. During the process, I never felt that Scott or the Keystone team were trying to close a sale, pressure us into something we didn't want / need, or were disingenuous. We ultimately bought a fantastic 2023 Volvo XC40 and are about to drive it cross country!

  I would highly recommend Keystone Volvo of Berwyn. The vehicle purchasing process was seamless. The entire staff from the receptionist to the mechanical team were extremely helpful. My salesman Jj was awesome. Extremely knowledgeable and transparent about everything. Thanks again for a great experience.

  We drove an hour out of our town to buy our XC90 from Keystone Volvo in Berwyn, and it was worth every single minute of the drive! I’ve always dreaded the car-buying process, but Kevin completely changed my opinion. He was a relaxed, seasoned professional and easy to work with. He took the time to understand what was important to us and just as importantly, what wasn't important. Because he actually listened, he was able to guide us perfectly when we were trying to choose between two different cars. The entire team at this dealership is incredibly friendly, and they went way beyond what any other dealership has ever done for us. There was no pressure, just genuine help and great service. If you are looking for a Volvo, do yourself a favor and make the trip to Keystone Volvo Cars of Berwyn and ask for Kevin!

  I am out of state and chose this dealership to purchase a new volvo. Why? the customer service I received from Peter was priceless. I knew the second I spoke with him he would take care of me and he did. NO hackling with price NO hidden fees. I sent him other quotes I received and he pointed out the errors and said he would figure out a way to make it affordable. And he did hands down and never pressured me and let me ride out my previous lease. No rush, no harsh sales tactics NONE. I also dealt with JJ who had the same tone. JJ answered my questions and kept me in the loop with all paperwork. I have had 1 prior Volvo and many BMW leases and Keystone was the only dealership that made me feel like a VIP. And I appreciated the gift I received in the mail after. Again I have never been there and did this all over the phone. Was the easiest process.

  I had a great experience working with Alan. He was very respectful, helpful, and never pushy throughout the process. I had recently moved and was looking for a used car, and he made everything much easier and less stressful. He answered my questions clearly and treated me with professionalism and kindness. I really appreciated his honest and patient approach. Highly recommended.
