  Great service guy! Did the best he could to keep me informed on the status of my car. My car was there longer than I expected but, at least I knew what was going on. It wasn't anything they did, things happen. I appreciate you!! Still disagree with being denied coverage for the factory paint, with additional protection paint, peeling off front bumper. I understand gravel chips but, no chip either place. Still under warranty. Honestlywouldn't recommend the "extra coverage". Even the original warranty isn't upheld. This was decided by the General Manager, not Service guy. I give 5 stars to service and 3 stars to General Manager. That's why I gave 4 stars

  We have purchased four vehicles over the years from Kia Country of Charleston, and every experience has been exceptional. We’ve worked with Elijah each time, and he is truly a man of character. He makes the entire process seamless and actually enjoyable, which is rare when buying a car. Their finance department is efficient and easy to work with, and the service center is top notch. Chelsea is always a familiar, welcoming face, and as a woman, I genuinely appreciate working with her. I’ve never once felt pressured or like anyone was trying to sell me something I didn’t need. They also offer a very comfortable waiting area while your car is being serviced, with complimentary coffee, drinks, and snacks, which is such a nice touch. I highly recommend Kia Country of Charleston for both sales and service—you’ll be well taken care of from start to finish.

  WOW — hands down one of the BEST car-buying experiences I’ve ever had, and it’s all thanks to William! From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. He made the entire process feel easy, smooth, and completely stress-free. What really stood out was his transparency and honesty — no hidden fees, no pressure, and no games. Everything was straightforward, and he made sure I understood every step along the way. The process was surprisingly quick, and I left feeling confident and excited about my purchase. William truly goes above and beyond for his customers.   I had a great experience buying my car from Cody at Kia Country. From start to finish, everything was smooth and straightforward. He made the financing process easy and got me right where I wanted to be on my monthly payment. I also got a great deal on my trade-in, which made the whole process even better.   I'd like to give a shout out to Phil my salesman. We worked well together and Adam who runs the show is also awesome. The experience was flawless. We drove the vehicle on Friday and started negotiations on Monday afternoon, and I was in my vehicle on Tuesday afternoon. The reason why I did not give five stars is because nobody is perfect, not even me. I give them 4.9 stars.
