  What a awesome first time experience here at KIA.Johnny is a excellent sales rep that helped me with my brand new car. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy.Tim the sales and finance manager was awesome as well. He explained everything throughly so that I wouldn't be unclear on anything that I was signing. I'm very happy with my purchase and love my brand new car.🚘

  My experience at the Kia dealership was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The staff was professional, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me get into the right vehicle. In particular, my sales representative, Mr. Demarcio Stephens, and my finance representative, Mr. Darrin Coleman, were both excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, informed, and confident throughout the entire process. Their customer service was top-tier, and I truly felt like they cared about my situation rather than just making a sale I was in desperate need of a vehicle after my previous car was totaled, and because of that urgency I ended up purchasing a 2021 Kia K5 GT-Line from another local auto company for $28,000 with 32,000 miles. Unfortunately, the purchase was rushed, the price was high for what I received, and the vehicle was not what I truly wanted. I left that dealership feeling unsatisfied and stuck with a decision I made out of pressure rather than comfort. The very next day, I decided to visit Kia, and almost immediately I felt like I was about to make a significant change for the better. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was different. Mr. Stephens took the time to listen to my concerns, understand what I actually wanted, and reassure me that I had options. Mr. Coleman was just as helpful on the finance side, explaining everything clearly and working hard to get me into a deal that made sense financially. There was no pressure, no rushing, and no confusion — just honest help and professionalism. Because of their dedication and patience, I was able to walk away feeling relieved, confident, and happy with my decision. After such a stressful situation with my totaled car and my previous purchase, this experience restored my trust in the car-buying process.   i was in and out in less than 2 hours!! carl (sales manager) helped me get approved before i even arrived & johnny (sales rep) helped me seal the deal!! and the guy in the finance department was so nice & helped me get set up with gap! they were all just really nice and helpful. it was close to closing and they still got my car fully detailed! everybody meet stormie 2.0! 😍😍 loving my new 2026 kia k5!!

  Met with a big smile and a warm handshake from Curly. Told him what we were looking for and he took us right to it. No detours, no pressure. Process was painless, relatively quick, well as quick as can be when purchasing a new car. Wasn’t expecting to make a purchase the same day but we drove home in our first new car in over 12 years. If we could have done most of the paperwork online before getting there it would have reduced our wait time. Maybe we could have I don’t know. 2 thumbs up 👍 for Kia of Savannah and thanks.

  Car was pollinated well, got home and removed shipping tape off some parts in the interior. They put an advertisement around my paper plate and it is all beat up on a brand new vehicle. The salesman was great and the finance agent were really friendly and very professional. I'm hoping the service end will take care of me as well as those gentlemen. Everyone is friendly and polite. Impressed with the cars performance and handling. Glad that Kia took the time to find issues in building a vehicle and they have put a real transmission and assperated engine back with the carnival. That will make it a lasting vehicle not like the snowmobile transmissions that are in millions of cars today. The CVT transmission is a throw away transmission and fail often. Kia also changed other designs . We just had the 2025 honda odyssey and I like this 2026 carnival much better. It's like the car was built to cater to your wants and needs. Now we'll see how well it holds up. Only time will tell. I'm sure that Kia will stand behind their product as they took the time to get it right. A tough vehicle drive train wise.
