  I’m not usually the type to write reviews but I had such a great experience compared to other times I’ve purchased a vehicle I just had to! Austin helped me with my process of financing a 2027 Kia Telluride and it was the quickest an easiest time Ive had! I was a little worried I wouldn’t be able to get the exact one I wanted but Austin worked with me to get the perfect plan that would work for my family and I! He even took the time to help me set up my Kia connect and give me a run down of all the different capabilities of the car! If you’re considering purchasing from Kia Marin ask for Austin!

  Outstanding, Efficient, and Family-Friendly! ​We had a seamless experience leasing our new 2026 Kia EV9 Light Long Range from Kia of Marin in June 2026. Every single team member went above and beyond to make the process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. ​A few highlights from our experience: ​Lightning-Fast Communication: Steve "Sonny" Chen responded quickly to my initial email inquiry regarding the lease offer I proposed and stayed right on top of all subsequent follow-up emails. ​Seamless Process: Filling out the online credit application was incredibly easy and they handled the return of our previous leased vehicle without a hitch. ​Zero Pressure: When it came time to finalize the paperwork with Jose Chavez, there were no hidden fees, surprises, or high-pressure tactics to add optional services. ​Above & Beyond for Families: We brought our three young kids (all 10 and under) with us, which can usually make dealership visits tough. Not here! They have a welcoming and comfortable lounge area where the kids watched TV while our paperwork was being generated. When it was time for us to sign, the team kept a watchful eye on them and even bought them snacks from the vending machine. ​Tech-Forward & Professional: Signing the paperwork on their fancy, desk-sized touchscreen was a breeze. While we signed, the team made sure the vehicle was fully detailed and completely charged for our drive home. ​Fantastic Post-Sale Support: The stellar service didn't stop once we drove off the lot; their follow-up communication after the lease was finalized has been equally as attentive and helpful. ​The efficiency here is unmatched. We initiated the leasing process via email at 11:30 AM on a Sunday, arrived at the dealership at 3:30 PM, and were driving off the lot with our shiny new vehicle just after 5:30 PM. ​We are 100% satisfied with every aspect of the process and the phenomenal customer service. We highly recommend Kia of Marin and look forward to working with this

  I had a Great experience at Kia of Marin! No pressure sales showed me the product. I wanted pretty much out the door easy to deal with people are wonderful. I enjoyed working with Angie and also michael! Love my new Kia Sportage!

  Had a GREAT seamless experience. Travis was our Rep. I called in made an appointment for a test drive. This was the quickest most painless experience buying my new 2027 KIa Telluride.   This was easily the best experience I’ve had with a car dealership so far. Gavin was the salesperson I worked with, and he was friendly, laid-back, and absolutely no-pressure. I had already decided on the Kia Telluride HEV and just wanted to make sure the numbers matched what we had agreed to. Everything was straightforward. There were no markups, I got their advertised Kia Finance rate, and just no nonsense. I’ve been to dealerships where the experience felt like a long game of back-and-forth between the salesperson, finance manager, and everyone else. I’ve seen numbers change, terms increase, and the whole process drag on for 5 or 6 hours while you feel like you’re being worn down. There was none of that here. The whole experience was pleasant, transparent, and honestly, it felt like how buying a car should be. Chris in Finance was also great to work with. We did not end up buying the additional options he presented, but he was pleasant, respectful, and honest with his recommendations, which I really appreciated. We were there for about 2-3 hours, and some of that delay was on my end due to issues wiring money. Even through that, everyone was kind and patient. Overall, this was one of the easiest, most comfortable dealership experiences I’ve had. No pressure, no games, and everything was exactly as agreed. I would highly recommend them.
