  Kia North Danvers truly goes above and beyond! We had an amazing experience buying our new 2026 Kia Sorento there. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They responded to my inquiry within seconds - even at 1 a.m.! Our salesperson, Michael, went the extra mile and filmed a short video of the car early the next morning before our visit. He was very patient and nice. The entire staff made the experience stress-free; they even brought out crayons and played Baby Shark on TV to keep our 2-year-old entertained the whole time. The discount plus the trade-in offer for our old car were good. We were able to complete everything and drive home in the new car that same day. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership and the people who work there. They made every step stress-free and smooth. Highly recommended!

  I’ve never had a good experience at a dealership before, but I would recommend Kia North Danvers to everyone! Tom was so sweet and really took his time helping me look for a car within budget & that was best for me. Very negotiable to make sure I leave very secure & satisfied with the final price. The process to trade and get my new car was very quick too! Thank you!!

  The KIA North crew couldn’t have been easier to work with. They answered all my preliminary questions over the phone on the KIA Telluride that they advertised. Car was ready and waiting for me on-time for my pre-arranged test ride and Tom (sales) took the time to ensure all additional questions were answered. Discussion on final pricing went smoothly with John (sales mgr) as well as trade-in value of my car, which was very fair. KIA was offering exceptional year-end financing which I took advantage of. Car was prepped and waiting on-time when we picked it up and Tom’s meticulous walk-thru of all the car’s functionality was much appreciated. KIA North provided us with professional, courteous and prompt service from start to finish and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

  After an absolutely horrendous experience at Commonwealth Kia in Lawrence, I decided to take a trip over to Kia North and I’m SO happy I did. Tom was my salesman who was phenomenal, and I also spoke with John the sales manager who both made sure I walked out the door with a deal I was happy with. When I moved on to financing, there was no pushing to purchase extra warranties like other businesses do - it was all about what worked best for me. I was blown away by that part! I’ve purchased vehicles at various dealerships 10+ times and this was by far the best, quickest, and most importantly, the fairest experience I’ve ever had. I felt like they cared about me as a consumer and I wasn’t just another profit like Commonwealth made me feel. A+ 10/10 experience at Kia North! GO THERE!
