  I can't begin to thank Jeremy enough for working with me to get this K4! He made the whole car buying process less of a hassle. When someone really takes the time to care about your requests and is personable on top of that, it's so easy to walk away satisfied. The entire team at Kia of Auburn is top-notch and I truly recommend giving them the chance to get you in your next vehicle!

  (Update) I originally left a 5 star review because my purchasing experience at Kia of Auburn was genuinely positive. My salesman, finance team, and the management team were professional, transparent, and made the buying process smooth. However, I am updating my review after experiencing repeated issue less than 45 days after purchasing my vehicle. The auxiliary battery system failed twice and I was ultimately left with a $650 repair bill shortly after purchase. What has been most confusing is that the vehicle reportedly passed inspection before being sold, yet this issue surfaced almost immediately afterwards. I understand vehicles can have unexpected problems, especially used vehicles, and I am not accusing anyone of intentional wrongdoing. However, I do believe some level of goodwill assistance or accountability would have gone a long way given how recently the vehicle was purchased. I do not question that the team made the buying process feel positive. What is disappointing is realizing that the sense of confidence and reassurance I left the dealership with lasted less than 45 days. Business is business I guess.

  This is the best Kia dealership in the state of Alabama hands down. Jessica has been standing behind me for months to make sure that I not only just got a car, but a car that I actually wanted and needed for my family and myself. She didn’t stop until she got me the deal of the year all while making sure I wasn’t feeling pressured and felt assured that I was being genuinely taken care of. Truly a great experience from this entire team at Kia of Auburn and ask for Jessica McGuire when you go there, she will fight tooth and nail for you to make sure that you get what you’re looking for.

  Went to Kia of Auburn today (2/9) Looking to purchase a new Telluride for my wife. Mike James ( Salesman) did such a great job making us feel comfortable. He answered all our questions and helped Us get in the car we wanted. Kia of Auburn is a great dealership to buy a car , get a great deal, and not feel pressured! This was our first car purchase at Kia of Auburn, we will definitely be back again! Thanks so much!

  I absolutely LOVED the buying experience with the Kia family, especially my salesman Mike J. Everything was excellent from the beginning to the end. I could not have asked for a better experience. The only reason I gave four stars is because of an issue I had with the service department.
