  I had an excellent experience working with Victor at Kia of Cape Coral! He helped me purchase my 2026 Kia K5 GT-Line, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Victor was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel pressured. He made sure I understood all of my options and helped me find a car that was perfect for me. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.   I had a great experience at Kia of Cape Coral buying a pre-owned work truck. Slayter Aubin was polite, prompt, and honest throughout, even checking in when my wife was in the hospital.   I had an outstanding experience at Kia of Cape Coral thanks to PJ Esposito and Joshua Batson. PJ was an absolute professional from start to finish — knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I understood every detail, and truly worked to get me into the right vehicle. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Joshua in finance made the paperwork process smooth and stress-free. He explained everything clearly, found the best options for my situation, and made sure there were no surprises.   I walked in with the intention to simply browse — basically just get a feel for what was available in my price range and criteria. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Austin, and he was amazing. He let me roam freely, check out whatever caught my eye, and I genuinely appreciated that he didn’t hover or pressure me. He gave me space to explore and that honestly made the experience so much more comfortable. When it came time to negotiate, he listened to what I needed and worked with me to land on a price and situation that actually made sense for me — not just for the dealership. Then there’s Matt in finance — absolute wizard. He pulled off a financing option that fit my situation without blasting my credit through a dozen inquiries, and I can’t thank him enough for that. Car buying can be stressful, overwhelming, and honestly… a headache. But this experience was smooth, easy, and comfortable from start to finish. If I could do it again, the only change I’d make is coming here first instead of wasting my time at other dealerships. I’m driving off happy and grateful; thank you all for treating me with respect, patience, and real customer care.

  I had a truly wonderful experience and wanted to share how much I appreciated the team. Gabbie was absolutely amazing she was kind, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. We connected so easily, and she created such a relaxed, positive atmosphere throughout the entire process. As a woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating walking into a dealership, but that was not the case here at all. Gabbie made sure I felt respected, heard, and confident every step of the way, which meant a lot to me. I was also greatly assisted by the General Manager, Ryan Gambill, who went above and beyond to help make everything work. He truly made an effort to get as close as possible to the numbers I was hoping for, and I really appreciated his transparency and dedication. I’m so happy to say I was able to trade my 2022 Civic Sport for a 2023 Honda Civic Si, and I couldn’t be more excited! Overall, I’m very grateful for the experience and the level of care I received.
