“Before we arrived to Kia we had visited Hyundai across the street. The sales rep took us on a test drive with the 1st vehicle without asking questions to see if we were looking at a car that fit our budget and monthly payments. After we fell in love with the car he came to us with an outrageous $959.00 payment and although my trade in was in very good shape owing $3,900 he offered us $1500. He then took us to another area with used SUVs that didn't fit my needs or likes. We left feeling very dissapointed, hopeless & defeated. So we decided to try our luck at Kia. The staff was amazing from start to finish. Our sales rep Angelina & Manager Isaac were very accertive, knowledgeable, positive, caring, compassionate, & motivated. They completely changed our mindset offering multiple solutions and were not pushy at all. They did everything possible to meet my needs and offered many options to make sure I was happy even though I didn't have a down payment.
