  Before we arrived to Kia we had visited Hyundai across the street. The sales rep took us on a test drive with the 1st vehicle without asking questions to see if we were looking at a car that fit our budget and monthly payments. After we fell in love with the car he came to us with an outrageous $959.00 payment and although my trade in was in very good shape owing $3,900 he offered us $1500. He then took us to another area with used SUVs that didn't fit my needs or likes. We left feeling very dissapointed, hopeless & defeated. So we decided to try our luck at Kia. The staff was amazing from start to finish. Our sales rep Angelina & Manager Isaac were very accertive, knowledgeable, positive, caring, compassionate, & motivated. They completely changed our mindset offering multiple solutions and were not pushy at all. They did everything possible to meet my needs and offered many options to make sure I was happy even though I didn't have a down payment. They even offered almost the full amount of my trade ins payoff although the AC wasn't working. I am very pleased with my KIA TELLURIDE and I highly recommend the KIA dealership in Clermont.   I had a great experience at Kia of Clermont. The entire team was very professional, attentive, and extremely efficient throughout the whole process. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly, and they made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. I truly appreciate the fast service, clear communication, and excellent customer care.   I had an amazing experience at the Kia dealership. Gio was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. He managed the service of my Kia with great care and attention, making me feel supported and valued as a customer. I was also impressed by another younger staff member. He was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. It is not often that I encounter such exceptional customer service, and he truly stood out. His positive attitude, respect, and genuine compassion reflected the very best of customer care. Both employees made my experience enjoyable and stress-free.   We had a great experience working with Brandon Henry on our 2021 Chrysler Pacifica. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. What really stood out was his follow-through. He went the extra mile to track down the second key for us, which we truly appreciated. It made the whole experience feel smooth and complete.
