  We wasn’t planning on leaving the dealership with a new vehicle but our salesmen made it so easy and painless! Daniel and Darrell both helped us. They were so amazing! We shared our faith and they just made our day! We love our 2026 Sorento! My last Sorento was 12 years old. We knew we wanted another one! Never happier! Thanks Kia of Covington!!!

  I had an absolute amazing experience with Dillion he was a phenomenal sales rep and he helped me all the way down to delivering my car without asking. He still allows me to call him and ask questions this was one of my first biggest purchases I’ve done on my own and without him I probably never would have done this!! If u r looking for car Kia is definitely the place to go the are awesome helpful and not pushy people at all.

  We had the best experience at Kia of Covington!! Especially with salesman Justin! He was great! Not pushy, very honest and transparent! Everyone at the dealership was fantastic! They entertained my baby boy and he made so many new friends during this process! I can’t say enough about Justin! Justin is a great car-sales men BUT he’s also going to be a phenomenal dad someday! Thank you for hooking us up with a mom car! We love it.

  We recently leased a 2027 Kia Telluride from Happy Kia of Covington, and we are absolutely thrilled with the vehicle! Our experience with the dealership, particularly with Gino Lore in Sales and Caleb Lee in Finance, was outstanding. While there was an unexpected issue that arose shortly after our purchase, Gino and Caleb immediately stepped in and made it their priority to ensure our complete satisfaction. They demonstrated incredible dedication, working diligently with us and coordinating an extensive resolution process. Even though it took several weeks to fully resolve the matter, their consistent communication and proactive efforts made what could have been a challenging situation surprisingly smooth.
