  We love ❤️ Kia Of Everett! Ended up with a beautiful car. Denelle in Warranty was such a great help getting all the answers we needed. Seim in sales was the best.   Big shout out to Kia of Everett. I had the best experience working with Quincy Jones (sales specialist) and Eugene in finance. The team at Kia of Everett were professional and straight shooters. Never putting any pressure on us to make a choice. Quincy took a lot of time showing me the way my new car operated. He is an expert and had so much patience with me. So much more technology than my previous car had. I can't wait to explore all of it. It truly was a great customer experience. I love my Kia Sportage EX.   I visited Kia of Everett yesterday and purchased a Carnival Hybrid. Jordan and Rob assisted me, and although I arrived late and they had to stay past their working hours, they remained kind, professional, and helpful until the very end and successfully completed the process with me. The reason I chose Kia of Everett was because from my very first email, they provided concise, accurate, and honest answers to my questions and requests. Often, other salespeople avoid providing necessary information or may even mislead customers in order to sell unnecessary products or maximize profit. However, Jordan and Rob never avoided my questions. They answered clearly and responded to my requests with full transparency. While working with them, I saw their honesty and professionalism, and I developed genuine trust in them. Because of this experience, I am confident that choosing Kia of Everett was the right decision. In addition, all of the dealership staff were friendly and respectful, not only to their own customers but also to others. During the time I spent at the dealership completing my purchase, their attitude made me feel comfortable and welcome.
