  We started in Kingsport & could tell we were getting the runaround. I texted Kia of JC and they beat Kingsports deal by a long shot and had everything ready to go by the time we got there. Easiest car buying experience ever!

  Welcomed by a wonderful representative, Gary, who greeted us. He wasn’t a “salesperson” as he didn’t push us on a sale. Gary was extremely knowledgeable on the product, pricing and an absolute pleasure all the way around. We met Keith the sales manager who came over to introduce himself. We ended up trading in our one car (best price we had) and purchasing a new Seltos. We had a tour of the new dealership and it is absolutely gorgeous. Best dealership in Johnson City with the best team- sales, service and management!
