Before the test driving and even going to the dealership Matt was very prompt, friendly, professional and provided all the answers to my questions via calls and text messages. (I can be a lot sometimes). We didnt need to negotiate much because after much research this was a fair and good deal. It made the process seamless. I forgot how long it takes to close and process a deal but with coffee and refreshments, getting to know eachother on a personal level it made the experience great.
