  We worked with Matt S and finished financing with Max. Before the test driving and even going to the dealership Matt was very prompt, friendly, professional and provided all the answers to my questions via calls and text messages. (I can be a lot sometimes). We didnt need to negotiate much because after much research this was a fair and good deal. It made the process seamless. I forgot how long it takes to close and process a deal but with coffee and refreshments, getting to know eachother on a personal level it made the experience great. Once we got to Max and the "nitty gritty" he walked us through our options, explained clearly whats included in a certified pre-owned and although I wasn't expecting to have add-on, we ended up going with the basic extra warranty for peace of mind. The guys were great over there and highly recommend working with them. Additionally one of the managers, Frank, i believe, reached out personally before hand to let me know who id be working with and additional perks of buying from Leesburg Kia. To find that out you'll just have to give them a call. 5 stars. We are very happy with our 2021 Telluride EX Nightfall edition. Thanks gentleman.

  Service writing department is stellar! UPDATE 03.02.26: I purchased a 2026 Sorento Hybrid from Kia of Leesburg, and it was legitimately the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. A special thank you to Matt Simmons in Sales for being knowledgeable, patient, and truly listening to what I needed. And to Max — not all heroes wear capes! Because of this team, I’m now in my dream vehicle and in a much better position overall. This is my third vehicle purchase from this dealership, and it absolutely won’t be my last. If you’re looking for professionalism, transparency, and a genuinely outstanding experience, this is the place to go.

  My agent Sydney was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable in the whole process and made the entire experience worry free. She talked me through everything from setting up the insurance to even helping me connect the kia connection to my phone. The other agent, Max was also made the financing part very smooth and easy to understand. I feel that he tailored the contract perfectly for me. All in all, I left the dealership feeling excited and happy with my beautiful new car. I would recommend Kia of Leesburg to everyone. My grandkids are almost ready to drive so I'll definitely be back here.

  We had a very positive experience with Kia of Leesburg. Our salesman, Nigel, was fantastic. He communicated well, and went above and beyond to get the vehicle we wanted, even driving 3 hours to another dealership to pick it up. Nigel and the sales manager worked out a good deal for us, the entire team worked diligently to get the car in, and the finance manager explained everything well. Finally, Nigel gave us a great tutorial on all of the amazing features of our new 2027 Telluride, even though it was late at night by that time. We never felt rushed and experienced one of the quickest, easiest, most trouble free vehicle purchases we've ever had. Thanks Nigel and everyone at Kia of Leesburg! We are loving our new Telluride!

  A huge shout out to Winona for assisting me with the purchase of my Kia Seltos! She was kind and very professional. She worked hard to get us into the vehicle we wanted and within our budget.
