  I stopped by Myrtle Beach Kia last week and found a vehicle I immediately fell in love with. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to purchase it until a few days later, but when I returned, the process couldn’t have been easier. Today, I purchased a 2027 Kia Seltos, and Chris was fantastic throughout the entire experience.   I had the lane change camera on my 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid Prestige repaired, and the entire experience was outstanding. The repair was completed seamlessly, and everything worked perfectly. There was one small hiccup—but it was completely my fault. I had started my vehicle using my phone and forgot to bring my key. Josh handled the situation immediately, accessed the vehicle so I could return with my key, and made sure there was absolutely no delay in the process. His professionalism, quick thinking, and excellent customer service turned what could have been an inconvenience into a smooth experience. Thank you, Josh, for making the entire repair process so easy. Highly recommend!

  I recently purchased a 2022 Certified Pre-Owned Kia K5 from MB Kia, and the experience was excellent. Patrick McMahon handled everything and was a pleasure to work with from start to finish.   I recently purchased a Kia Carnival Hybrid in the SX Prestige trim and had a seamless experience at this dealership. Derek and Patrick were great to work with. The financing and pickup process was efficient and low-stress. It’s rare to find a dealership that hits the mark on both sales and customer service, but they nailed it.
