  Five stars isn’t enough for Mitch Reilly! We recently bought a 2024 Kia Telluride from Kia of Port Charlotte, and the entire experience was absolute perfection. From the moment we walked in, Mitch felt more like a friend than a salesman. He was entirely transparent, incredibly eager to help, and there was zero pressure.   Nino Mannino was absolutely INCREDIBLE to work with. From the moment I walked into the dealership he was outgoing, kind, and extremely helpful. You can truly tell that helping people get into a car is an art to him. My credit wasn’t perfect, but he made it clear from the beginning that he was going to do everything he could to make sure I got the car I wanted. He walked me through every step of the process and explained everything so thoroughly that I barely had any questions. What really stood out to me was that he also gave me advice on how to build my credit moving forward, which shows the kind of person he is. Watching him interact with other customers, I saw he treated everyone with the same level of care and attention he gave me. If I hadn’t come in that day, I wouldn’t have met my car salesman FOR LIFE.   My husband and I decided to trade our 5 year old SUV in and went to the new showroom in Port Charlotte. I was dreading the car buying experience but I was totally surprised. First of all Jake, our salesman was terrific. He was polite, knowledgeable and so friendly. We told him what we were looking for and what we needed. He spent time looking at their used SUV inventory to find exactly what we needed and walked us through the process. Everything was handled including walking us through removing our vehicle from our insurance and adding the new one. Every detail was done with efficiency. The showroom was so beautiful and this truly changed the way we see car buying. It was a great experience from start to finish with the finance guy. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, stop at Kia of Port Charlotte and ask for Jake.

  Great experience at Kia! The young man who helped me, Aden, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process stress-free. He answered all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my decision. I've lived in Charlotte county 30 years and Kia, by far, was my best experience! A++
