  I went here with my family looking for a hybrid SUV for my mother, they were very kind and respectful the entire time, our salesman Roberto Montano never hurried us or tried to immediately lock us into a deal. Roberto also gave us all the information on the vehicles we were Interested in, he was friendly and always kind. Kia of Vacaville gave us all a great experience, I would recommend anyone to buy here, their cars are reliable and a great bang for your buck!

  I bought my first car, a 2025 Kia K5 GT-Line, in October 2024 from Kia of Vacaville, and I had the pleasure of working with Mia. As a first-time car buyer, I was a little nervous walking into the dealership, but Mia immediately made the experience comfortable, easy, and actually fun. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident about my decision. What really stood out to me was the level of trust and support she built throughout the process. Even after purchasing my car, Mia has always been someone I can reach out to whenever I have questions about my vehicle or need help scheduling service. That kind of customer care is honestly rare and truly appreciated! Because of the great experience I had the first time, I came back to purchase my second vehicle with her this month, a 2027 Kia Telluride.   I really enjoyed the service my salespeople gave me. Mia and Colton took the time out to make sure I was able to view several cars and provided me with answers to all of my questions. I had several and not one was viewed as an unimportant one. Thank you both for making me feel welcome and knowing you value my business. I will definitely buy again from Kia of Vacaville. Please do not hesitate to visit them if you are in the market to purchase a new or used vehicle.

  I had the best experience at Kia Vacaville! Genevieve was incredibly helpful and so easy to deal with! I emailed her on Friday evening about a sportage and she responded immediately and in less than 24 hours I drove the car off the lot. The Sportage itself is great and is so easy to drive with tons of space. It’s been lab tested and approved! I couldn’t recommend Genevieve and Kia Vacaville enough! Thank you!!
