  Kenneth is amazing! He was attentive to all our needs and really knew his stuff about the car we were looking to purchase. Kia is fortunate to have you as part of their team. The finance gentleman who helped us was very transparent, and we truly appreciated that (sorry I forgot his name).   Literally the best purchase experience I have ever had. We ordered our KIA and they kept us up to date on where the car was at every turn. Our salesperson Chris was exceptional! Despite MANY people begging for our car, (dealerships and customers), he kept it in the back, locked and held keys so nobody else could touch it. Amazing service all around by everyone there.

  Kia of Santa Maria and Kenny who we worked with was AMAZING! This was the BEST and most painless car buying experience we have ever had in the 17 years of buying our vehicles. We arrived 15 min before the dealership opened and just walked around looking at all the options. Once the dealership opened we weren’t bombarded by sales people so we were able to just look around which is what we absolutely appreciated about this place. Once Kenny came up and greeted us he was very informative and helped with all of our questions we had. We looked at some vehicles then test drove one and ended up buying that car but in a different color. The finance process was super painless and they worked with us and gave me a very good deal on my BMW I was trading in which was a bonus for us! We got out the door by 12 and this was the shortest amount of time we have ever spent in a dealership so that is what I meant about everything being painless…. This whole experience Was perfection and I cannot rant and rave about Santa Maria Kia and Kenny (salesman) Who we worked with as well as Edgar (finance department). Thank you again Kia of Santa Maria for getting us into our amazing 2026 Kia sorrento! I would give 100 stars if I could to this dealership. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I had a great experience with Kia’s service department. Juvencio, my service advisor, was excellent, professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the process. My vehicle was repaired promptly, and I really appreciated being accommodated with a rental car while the work was being completed. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free. I’m very grateful for the great service at and will definitely be back. I highly recommend Kia’s SM service department to anyone looking for quality customer care.

  We piurchased our Kia Sportage Hybrid Plugin a year ago and had it in this past week for its first service including oil change, maintenance check-up and tire rotation. (We don't drive many miles and the plugin hybrid has been a godsend during these high priced gasoline times.) The service area was inclredibly clean. JUVENCIO PANTOJA, the service representative, was very helpful and listened carefully to my questions. We really appreciated the video that was sent when the maintence check was performed. The fact that they found rodent activity was clearly documented. The waiting area was comfortable and quiet.
