  I came in for a repair on my vehicle and left with a new one! Donna did an excellent job of capitalizing on my “walk through the lot”. I told her I wasn’t sure I could possibly get out of my car and into a new one and she said “I can make anything happen”. And she did! I bought my last car certified pre-owned from Kia Clarksville, a deal facilitated by James Sanders at the time, and now my first NEW car with Donna. I will absolutely consider coming back a third time for another Kia when it’s time to upgrade or replace my fiancés vehicle in the not too distant future(she likes the new Tellurides). The service department has also always taken good care of any issues I’ve had and respected my time, typically finishing oil changes/service well within the promised time slot. Thanks to Donna, Dylan, and Jorge for ensuring a seamless process resulting in my new car purchase, absolutely loving my Seltos.

  Ray was one of the nicest salesman i’ve encountered! He gave a good impression from the beginning because he didn’t come track us down as we looked through the lot, he waited until we were ready. He also made sure to answer my questions and it was pretty obvious he had only me and my families best interest in mind. I appreciated his honestly, I never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle I didn’t love. Dillon was great too! He helped organize the financial piece of the deal and was able to help me get a great price on a new Sportage. Overall, I didn’t expect to ever say I had a good experience buying a car, but here we are!

  We had such a great experience at this Kia dealership! The staff was incredibly friendly, respectful, and kind. While our vehicle was being inspected, they generously arranged a complimentary Lyft to drop us off and pick us up so we could grab breakfast and coffee. Every employee we encountered was wonderful, especially Breanna. She handled our entire service process flawlessly. This location has a lovely, professional atmosphere and wonderful people. Highly recommended, and a huge thank you to the whole team!

  Todd at Kia of Clarksville really took great care of me and my family. From the start, everything just felt easy—no pressure, no stress, just a smooth process the whole way through. He knew exactly what we wanted and didn’t try to steer us into something else. Todd and his crew were straightforward, helpful, and made sure we were comfortable with every step. Honestly, buying a car can be a headache, but this wasn’t like that at all. We drove off feeling good about everything, and that says a lot. Definitely recommend Todd if you’re looking for a new ride!
