  I had such an amazing trip to the dealership. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I found a car online and Was contacted by Keyshawn, Who ended up being the financial man and Shauntreal who hope guided me through the process, checking out the car test driving it finding out my best options. He was amazing and very friendly. He even made the time waiting for the financial companies to get back in touch with us quick and easy and fast. If you come to this dealership, I highly recommend the A-Team, which would be these two I had mentioned! They will find you the best deal that is possible! Thank you Kia Store East for having such nice and amazing people! Another thing I wanted to point out is after the sale, and after most of everybody left Shauntreal put A bow on front of the car which made the experience even better! I know I came to the right place. ♥️

  I can't say amazing things enough about this dealership, Kenny is who helped with looking at vehicles I was interested in, along with the manager, they listened to everything I was looking for and the price I wanted to stay at. They were extremely patient with me and made me feel really comfortable with the vehicle I was interested in and made sure it was a great match for me, I didnt even plan on buying that day, but everything went so smooth and great communication with everyone I spoke with. I can't thank them enough for everything they did for me and helping me purchase my first brand new car. I will definitely be a Kia driver forever and would absolutely recommend everyone to go check this location out and to ask for Kenny. 🙂

  Great experience going from lease to lease. The sales representative Kenny was in great communication with me via text (which I preferred) He helped with what I liked and wanted. Also very understanding and giving me my time because I had personal things not allowing me to purchase sooner. But always things happen for a reason cause the car I fell in love with showed up few days before my appointment. Loving all the fancy features and the color outside and inside! Thanks Kenny!!

  Last week, I upgraded from a K5 to the new ‘27 Telluride. I LOVE this vehicle. I have now bought 3 Kia’s from Bunchy over the last 5+ years and will never buy from anywhere else, from anyone else. His professionalism and willingness to help and answer my myriad of questions without frustration is much appreciated. He has always followed up about the purchase and is always there if I have a question even weeks or months later. Do yourself a favor and work with Bunchy at Kia Store East!

  Shopping from Florida, got connected with Bunchy as my sales rep and I have got to say he was the most understanding and easiest salesman to work with out of all the kia dealers I spoke with on my hunt for a new kia niro. From florida to kentucky just for a good deal and a great salesman!
