  My brother and I found a truck through CarGurus that was at Killeen Certified dealership! We had an outstanding experience purchasing my brother's truck thanks to my sales representative, Stephanie. And of course our Finance girl, Nikki. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us with our truck. There was no pressure, just honest answers and excellent customer service. We had a little bump down the road but they helped us out in EVERY way they could. We couldn't be happier with my new truck and the level of service we both received. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about their customers and goes above and beyond, we highly recommend working with them. Five-star experience all the way!

  We met with Daniel Skelton to look at available vehicles that we might like, we were bird dogging on 7 passenger vehicles. He showed us five really nice options and we chose a great Honda Pilot. He's a knowledgeable and friendly salesman, and helped us get just what worked best for us. Put him to work for you!

  Lakesha provided an absolutely amazing car-buying experience when helping me purchase my 2026 Tesla Y. From start to finish, her customer service was outstanding.   We bought an SUV from Ashanti at Killeen Certified today. She was such a genuinely fun person to work with that we had a great time during our purchase. She was extremely helpful and answered every question we had. We were there for several hours and she was super patient and took great care of us through every step of the buying process. She was fair, honest, and open with us about everything. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from Ashanti. Go see her!

  So happy with my decision to go with Killeen Certified and it wouldn't be that way without the help of my salesman Cale. Not only did he do everything he could to find the right deal for my circumstances, he made it happen against all odds. 10/10 my next purchase will for sure be through this dealership, and that's only because of Cale! Super stoked and excited, give that man a raise!
