  Excellent car buying experience. My salesman Zeph was very friendly, respectful and accommodating. I had approached the sales manager Randi Riggins back in December about a new Prelude in white and the first one in was what I wanted. They called me first and I was very pleased with the whole experience of buying from King Auto Center. Mahalo!

  Sherry was so amazing and helpful with my purchase. Even on the morning of a holiday! She made everything so easy and seamless. Took all the anxiety out of purchasing a car. Came back for my first service appointment and everyone was helpful and professional. I couldn’t be happier.

  I highly recommend Sheri Pia at King Auto. She made the process of buying a car stress free. She is easy to talk to and patient. She helped me with the test drive by making sure I was completely sure about the car. She also was great through the paperwork. I will definitely be seeking her help in any future purchases. Randy was awesome too at F&I. Mahalo!

  I went back and forth between giving King Auto 1 star or 5 stars. Let me explain: FIRST of all, our sales person Sheri Pia was PHENOMENAL! She was kind, informative, not pushy, and went above and beyond from start to finish. Her communication was also excellent. The sales manager Randy was also great, and he was the one who saved this deal when we almost walked out of the dealership to bring our business elsewhere. We are an active military family, with my spouse serving 10 years active duty and another 13 and counting in the Reserves. This qualified us for the $500 military rebate. When we came in to sign final paperwork, and did financing through Honda, we were asked for a DD214 which we provided, and they came back and said that the paperwork said that the military service ended in 2014. We explained that was for ACTIVE DUTY severance, and my spouse was still active in the reserves. So King Auto provided us with a document that says we can provide the LES (leave and earning statement), which we provided. The FINANCE MANAGER (who I am choosing not to name), said that was not sufficient. So we provided an active military ID and pulled up the Honda website which explicitly stated that for active military members, an LES needed to be provided for active service members. We were also told that needed to be verified by Honda, and that King Auto would honor the $500 rebate while waiting for Honda approval. Things went sideways when the finance manager said they would not accept the LES and would not honor the $500 rebate. We asked to speak to her personally to show her that both the documentation on the Honda site, as well as the documentation SHE PROVIDED that stated all we needed to provide was the LES which we had already done. She was condescending from the moment she walked into the office to speak to us. She said that we can “easily pay the $500 out of pocket.” To which we replied that King Auto can just as easily pay that $500 that we were owed. At this poin

  ALOHA, I had order my Honda truck in here. I was served literally by a Superman! Everything smooth was, chit-chat, fun and supportive. We talk about options, and I chose Lease instead of finance.
