  A month ago my friend and I were faced with the need to get a car. Prior to coming to King Windward Nissan, we went to two other dealerships. The people were nice, however, we couldn’t get the car we wanted, nor did we get the deal that was offered. We went home, unhappy with the purchase. We returned the car. My Costco app, listed a program that sounded good to me, plus my brother and his wife just leased a vehicle from King Windward Nissan, and suggested that we go there. We connected with Jessica Kondo and made an appointment. She listened to our WANTS, NEEDS, and our DESIRES, and Jessica took it all into account, left us for a little bit and told us congratulations, we got a brand new 2026 Nissan Rogue! We test drove it, signed papers, met Christian, who helped us navigate the financial aspects while they detailed our car. We apologize for not remembering the manager’s name, who was very instrumental in us being able to drive away in a brand new car! We cannot express our gratitude enough to Jessica for taking all the stress out of buying a car! May 24, 2026-we drove off the King Windward Nissan lot, in a beautiful 2026 Nissan Rogue (dark gray)!   6.23.2026 ~ Went in to service my 2015 Rogue and while waiting decided to look at the new 2026 Rogues. Was approached by Wally offering assistance if 'wanted'. He was professional, personable and respectful knowing we were "just looking". He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our initial questions. He offered that if we wanted to test drive the model we were drawn to, we could do so that day or come back anytime. We decided to test drive and he continued to provide great information about the vehicle and answered all additional questions we had. The route we drove gave us opportunity to feel the car's city and highway handling. Wally respected that we weren't quite ready to commit to purchase and encouraged us to take our time and think on it. He offered his card and availability anytime should we have more questions or decide to purchase. We could not have been more pleased to have met with Wally. His service with Aloha was genuine and we Mahalo him!! He is a true asset to the dealership and if/when we come back... he has our business!

  I had made an appointment via Costco to look at buying a new truck. Jessica was very timely in her response. She asked me what I was looking for and sent me a list of trucks that met my needs. After I looked over the trucks available, I sent her the stock numbers of the trucks so she could have them ready for our appointment. We met the next day even though it was her day off. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and treated me as if we had known each other for years. That made my experience much more relaxed and enjoyable. We spent a few hours going through the trucks I was considering and she was very attentive. She could answer any question I might’ve had and even made sure that I had something to drink. I did end up picking out a Frontier Pro 4x and look forward to many years of enjoyment. Thanks again Jessica for making it possible! Side note: She even made arrangements to hold the truck for a few weeks as well as getting me a safety check bracket while I am moving in between houses. That is next level service! Mahalo!🤙🏽

  Great dealership, specifically, Jessica! She made the entire process of purchasing a car pretty much stress free. During test drive, she was friendly and more focused on you than trying to get you to buy a car. She was honest - if she does not know about something, she told us upright. She was very accommodating as well, gave us drinks, snacks and even helped us get in touch with an insurance company! Last but not least, at the end, she gave us a handwritten note ❤️ Thank you again, Jessica ❤️ If you guys are looking to talk to someone about purchasing a car and dont wanna get hustled or bombarded with a lot of things, talk to Jessica!

  Wally. 10/10. Respectful. Humble. Knowledgeable. Definitely the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. None of the pressure other salesmen give when you’re there. Just honest answers with a good heart. Go see Wally for all your dealership needs 👏🫡
