  Best pricing I could find on my new truck (special ordered). Leonard was great and even showed me his computer screen during the building process to make things easier and make sure that we were on the same page. Service advisor Greg or Craig is terrible. Any problem you might have with your new truck is “strictly cosmetic” according to him. I’ve had better luck at Jake Sweeney as of late. You can thank Craig for that.

  Sherry T. And the team at Kings CJD were excellent! The team led by Sherry were professional and consultative throughout the sales process. Nothing was rushed! Every interaction had a defined objective that was mutually agreed upon. The purchase/finance appointment was conducted with ease. Nothing better than walking out this thumb drive versus a 9” x 12” envelope with 50 pages that will clutter my limited filing cabinet.Almost as beautiful as my truck!!!!   Excellent experience purchasing my 2026 Ram Rebel in May. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Our salesperson, Chad Johnson, was knowledgeable, honest, and never pushy, which made the buying experience easy and enjoyable. I was in a time crunch but knew I needed to move quickly on the deal, and Chad worked with me through calls and texts to keep everything moving forward seamlessly. Most of the deal was completed remotely, away from the dealership, and they had efficient processes in place that made everything incredibly easy. I really appreciated how streamlined the entire experience was. I love my truck and highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great customer service and a hassle-free buying experience.

  Had our van towed in Thursday morning. Called first thing to let them know what was going on. From there it took them a week before the service writer even dispatched the ticket to a technician. Then the only issue is the batteries. Which is fine, but why did it take a week to test the batteries? Not to mention almost $900 for batteries and $1000 in rental car to drive our special needs child around in. All for something that could have been checked and fixed by lunch time the morning it was dropped off. Horrible service. Horrible pricing.
