  From the moment I walked in I felt so at ease! The receptionist Isabel was so welcoming & helpful! Tamara was my sales agent she was extremely knowledgeable about every detail of the buying process. She listened to all of my needs and went above and beyond to find me the exact model that I wanted! What an asset she is to this dealership. The sales manger Jose made it such an enjoyable process upfront no hidden details. I will come back & Purchase here again when my lease is up without a doubt!

  The best car buying experience we have ever had. We had a fantastic experience at Kirby Kia of Ventura! A huge shout out to Deanna for being incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and transparent about pricing. The paperwork process was quick, and David was great so we could be on the road in our beautiful new Kia Telluride much faster than expected. Kirby Kia has a great selection of 2027 Tellurides that we drove all the way from San Diego to buy the car. Five stars all the way!"

  We are so happy with Kia Kirby. Luis and Howard were excellent. Luis worked very hard finding us the exact color for the exterior and interior of our new vehicle. We are thrilled. The purchase process was very easy. Actually it was the easiest I’ve experienced so far. A huge thank you To Luis and Howard, the experience was memorable and left us feeling happy and confident with our purchase decision.   Do not order parts from these people. The first time my brake backing plate didn't even make it because it was sent in a cheap plastic FedEx bag and came out somewhere along the way. The second one, they didn't learn their lesson. The dust shield is all bent up. I'm not sure what their aversion is to cardboard boxes is, but I haven't been able to fix my car in 3 weeks because of them. Response to their reply: What good is insurance when you can't ever get the part you need delivered in one piece? And your insurance puts the onus on the customer to file the claim and order a replacement. Your poor packaging caused the problem, not poor handling. Why should I have to go back and forth with you and the insurance company to get paid for a second time? Own up and pack your shipments correctly
