“Update to include Service experience: Knudtsen no longer guarantees a loaner car when you buy a new vehicle as was offer previously with Foothills Mazda. Called to get our 600mi car in for warranty work already and was advised loaners are hard to get. This was a question I asked via email when Knudtsen Mazda Service reached out asking if I had any questions after our purchase and I asked about Loan car policy and was advised they would reach back out to me. I never heard back from them and had to email again in which I never heard from them again. I recently purchased a vehicle from Foothills Mazda and had a very positive experience with the sales team. I had been a little skeptical since the dealership changed ownership, but the experience on the sales side was professional, straightforward, and reassuring. Marcus was polite, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. If there was something he didn’t immediately know, he took the time to research it and make sure we got accurate information instead of guessing. He was also very prompt with communication and worked around our schedule throughout the day, which made the process much smoother. Dave S was also very polite and helpful while handling the paperwork and made that part of the process simple and stress-free.
